Job Description:

• Grand Traverse Pavilions is seeking a motivated, full time 75 hours AM Custodian to join our team.

• The starting wage for this position is $19.52/hour.

• $5.00/hour for working Saturday and Sunday shifts.  

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Tasks:

• Transports clean and soiled linens according to established schedule.

• Transports trash from the building to the dumpster according to established schedule.

• Floor care to include carpet cleaning, mopping, stripping, sealing, waxing, vacuuming per established schedules.

• Security rounds for locking and unlocking doors according to established schedule.

• Oxygen readings per established schedule and changing and transporting oxygen tanks as needed.

• Responsible for cleaning and stocking public restrooms.

• Check and fill chemical dispensers according to established schedules.

• Yard care as directed.

• Snow removal as directed.

• Wash windows as directed.

• Cleans equipment according to established schedules and as directed.

• Assists with wall care as directed.

• Assembles furniture as directed.

• Performs all other duties as assigned.
