Another way we encourage our health and wellness philosophy is with our community group aquatic exercise classes. Classes are designed to use the resistance of water for strengthening, toning, conditioning, improving balance, coordination, and flexibility. Our certified aquatic instructor is able to help participants modify their work out to meet progressing fitness goals. Participants must be able to safely participate and exercise in a group setting at the discretion of the instructor.
Class sign up will be available 2 weeks prior to the start of the next session. Payment is due at the time of sign up.
Ai Chi is a simple water exercise and relaxation program which uses a combination of deep breathing with slow broad movements of the arms, legs, and torso while flowing in continual patterns - accentuating over body awareness and strength.
Morning Jump Start is an aquatic class focused on aerobic conditioning, core strengthening, muscle toning, and flexibility. This class is designed to be a multilevel, full body workout and the perfect way to kick off your day!
Better Balance is an aquatic class focused on training body awareness and challenging your balance including vestibular, musculoskeletal, and neurological systems to improve your balance in a safe and supportive environment. Balance improves when its challenged just like your muscle get strong with strength training. Prevent falls with this fun and unique class!
