Everything Speaks

The Everything Speaks team will address how the physical environment affects our customer service and how our customers see us.  They can see at a glance how we care for our building, and they will make assumptions on how we care for those in our care based on the appearance.  Here you will complete checklists for your department so that we put our best foot forward.
