The amount you are able to take is figured by Flexwage and is dependent on your hourly rate, minus taxes, and any other deductions, times 75%.  The only earnings available are hourly wages and does not include  ETO or shift differentials.

FlexWage Solutions charges a $3.50 fee per transfer, capped at $7 per pay period. You may transfer funds up to 4 times per two-week pay period.  The fee along with the transaction amount will be deducted from your paycheck. There is no interest or payback period.
